In 2024-2025 Season we plan to host program for:

  • Girls – 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U – two teams each age group
  • Girls – 16U – one team
  • Boys – 11U, 14U, 15U or 16U

  • 10/25-10/26 – 10-14U Tryouts

Fun Facts:

  • This is our 5th year of offering a select program! In 2023 15U Gold won AAU Bid to Nationals and in 2024 we were 3rd in Gold Division for AAU Bid in 11U!
  • We offer 11-16U Girls program, 11U Boys, and 14, 15 or 16U Boys
  • We are Local with the exception of some larger tourneys: Presidents Day (Cape Girardeau), Qualifiers (Kansas City, Chicago, or Indianapolis), Nationals. Boys teams travel a bit more
  • 3 practices a week first half of the season, 2 practices second half, powered by HUDL and Conditioning programs!

We strive to develop our competitive players to help them meet their goals. Through 3 practices a week and 10-12 tournaments a season, you will see the difference in your player’s performance!

To build strong teams we offer team-building events, especially at the beginning of the season: sand volleyball tourneys, Escape Room or Bowling, Slick City, as suggested by Team, Coach or Parents. We want the girls to click and work as a team of friends who care for one another and each other’s success, as teamwork makes dream work!

Select Club Teams (Girls)

We will be offering 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, and 16U age groups this year.

As a non-travel club, the teams will play in up to 11 tournaments in the season. Tourneys are in STL Gateway, and St. Charles county area, with some travel tourneys (typically Cape Girardeau). Depending on performance, the team will participate in at least one Qualifier event. Fees doo NOT cover travel and accommodation fees.

Season Duration: November, up end of April/early May.

Players Expectations:

  • CAN DO, DRIVEN, COMPETITIVE and POSITIVE ATTITUDE! This is NOT a recreational league!
  • TEAM PLAYER!
  • A consistent, strong serve
  • Solid ball-handling, ability to pass the ball to target, flexible, movable
  • Coach-ability
  • Strong Volleyball experience

Practices: Two-hour practice is offered 2 or 3 times a week.

Cost:

  • 11-12U – $2,250 (practices, coach fee, USAV membership fee, jerseys).
  • 13-16U – $2,450 (practices, coach fee, USAV membership fees, jerseys, HUDL, and Conditioning program)
  • Travel/accommodation fees not included

Games: up to 11 tournaments in the season (about 45 games in the season)

Select Club Boys Team

We will be offering 11U Boys, as well as 13U or 14/15U.

The teams will play in up to 10 tournaments in the season. Tourneys are in STL Gateway, and the St. Charles county area, with up to 4 travel tournaments. The season ends in February to allow boys to try out for High School teams. If the team earns a National bid, the practices will resume after the High School season. Qualifiers are typically outside of STL area, but participation is conditional on overall performance throughout the season. The cost of the Club does NOT cover travel and accommodation fees. If National bid is won, new charges will apply. Participation in National Tournament is not optional.

Season Duration: September, up to the end of February (break for High School season). If the team makes nationals, practices will resume after the High School season is over (May). For 11U – October 28th to end of March.
