Coach Morgan has high standards for the team and teaches the girls skills and competitiveness, and it looks like she is genuinely having fun and enjoys what she does. The results speak for themselves!

Coach Megan is phenomenal with these girls! Just the right amount of tough and love. This FLEX team has been such a blessing for our volleyball-loving girl. With 2 other kids, we just can’t commit to the time it takes to be on a club team and this has been an answer to our prayers to fill this need for her!

Amy has helped our daughter gain so much confidence. It’s amazing what people can do when someone believes in you and pushes you to do your best.

Coach Brian has been a positive breath of fresh air! He’s very communicative which is plus. He’s clear on his expectations and what his intentions are.My daughter has bragged this PL season about how she finally feels like she on the right team with the right coach.

We like our coach’s enthusiasm and encouraging nature.We love that she makes it a point to tell each player as they come off the court “Great Job” or “Good Work” and gives them High Fives. We really like this and it definitely makes the players feel better about how they have played. She communicates very well with the parents and always keeps us informed of practice and game schedules, changes, new skills they may be focusing on, etc.

Nimesh has the most effective way of side lining an athlete during a drill or scrimmage to provide 1 on 1 demo/reminder.Even when it’s after missing a ball, my athlete doesn’t feel like she is getting yelled at by a disappointed adult venting frustration. The immediate, repetitive reminders work for her! I appreciate his intentional efforts.

Where do I start with coach Payton! She is phenomenal, hands down. Everyone loves to win but seeing the passion and drive when the game is being played and how she breaks down the skills of the game is amazing.Not once have I seen her yell or put down the girls in the game or practice. She is their biggest cheerleader and loves pushing them to their true potential and I love watching my daughter and her teammates grow.

Amy and Justin far exceed my expectations every season. They expect a lot from their players and I think that is why my daughter and son have such amazing teammates…bc everyone is committed to giving their best effort.
As is often said in life…”Input = Output”.

Coach A is very understanding because she knows the girls are human first. Some days just aren’t great.Sometimes they feel unsure of their self and capability. Sometimes life gets busy or stressful. Instead of getting upset, she stays calm, patient, and kind — and helps the girls take a breath, reset, and try again.

I liked a lot of things and learned new skills—like hand positioning when the ball comes toward your face; I really improved on that. I had a great time and was with teammates from Power League. We practiced a lot, but I wish it had been longer or lasted more days!!!! I’m so happy.

Coach Jason is the BEST coach in Thunderbolts. He’s stern, but fun, fair, and dedicated. He’s learns each players strengths and areas of improvement, but doesn’t make them feel bad about it. He’s a fantastic, well rounded coach and we feel lucky being on his team.

Coach Margy is awesome!! She is really good with the girls and gets them to move.

So far the communication and engagement has been wonderful. Much better than most other youth sports programs we’ve been a part of.

Sharon is amazing! She expects a lot from her girls, but she also works really hard to encourage them and push them to be better! I’ve seen so much improvement in my child’s skills, confidence and attitude in the game.

Coach Key is all the above and more. She not only pushes the girls to improve their technical skills, but she is truly their biggest hype girl! She drills and conditions them, but also hangs out with them outside of volleyball and praises their team bonding events. Truly, one of a kind!

Coach Kindra is very encouraging! She doesn’t make the players feel bad if they make a mistake & tells them they will get it next time.She puts more of an emphasis on them having fun & a love for the sport verses making them feel bad for mistakes or punishing them for mistakes. She has been a wonderful influence for my daughter.

Coach Megan is very knowledgeable about the game and positions. She makes it fun for the girls!!

Coach Brian is patient with the girls, but he also holds them accountable in a way that helps them grow. He is willing to adjust offenses and defenses to fit the team’s strengths. He is very knowledgeable about injury care. Communication is one of his greatest strengths — he is clear, consistent, and honest. Coach Brian also goes beyond the court, encouraging healthy game-day eating habits to properly fuel their bodies to perform at their best.

Coach Nimesh has been AMAZING, I am so glad we had our son re-try out and that he made Coach Nimesh team. He has learned so much in just a few short weeks. I’ve never had a coach send out post practice and game summaries and he gives very thorough reports. It has been an amazing couple of weeks!

Coach Megan has been amazing! She deserves every award possible. She is patient, kind, encouraging!
